Title: Not Able to Create DATASOURCE in Cognos10

I connected cognos Configuration successfully and entered into the Cognos portal (http://10.86.24.7:8080/ibmcognos) and Dispatcher and services working successfully . i tried to create NEW DATASOURCE, i am getting below error.Kindly assist on above issue. Attached is error screen short.

Please check log msg in cogserver.log file your installtion directory.

The error screen shot provided does not give us anything to go on. As nagoole suggested you will need to check the cog server log for the actual error code.

Something like UDA-SQL-####, for example. The full error text should also help point you in the right direction. If you reply here make sure you provide the entire error line code and text.

Did you install the 32-bit Oracle Client software on your server?
