Title: C10.1.1 SKIN NOT DISPLAYED

I  have installed cognos 10.1.1, able to launch the environment , but the skin is not having graphics. any help is appreciated.

Check the URL and gateway settings you are using to access the cognos ... If you try to launch dispatcher URL it will show no skin .
