Title: Unable to Connect Analyst via Excel

Dear All,

After entering the user name and password in the Analyst logon screen Excel displays the message, Connecting to Analyst Server.... The connection never completes and no error message is displayed. (I'm trying  through Remote Desktop)

1) I'm able to connect Contributor via Excel.

2) I'm able to Open CAC, Analyst, Manager, Web contributor.( Except Analyst via Excel)

Please help me onthis.
