I have a workspace that uses a single list from a report. The report is prompted, so the widget is prompted as well. I need a way to save the workspace without saving any specific prompt choice(s). Surely this is possible? Not every user is going to want to (or even have rights to) see the same data.
Also, has anyone found a way to pass a parameter through the URL to open a workspace? I have found where to get the URL, but no clue whether it's possible to use a parameterized URL for Business Insight.

Hi Jeff,
You can pass prompt values to workspace using with the latest release of cognos i.e. Cognos BI 10.2.1(FP1).
Cognos FP1 is recently release for IBM Cognos BI 10.2.1 Only.
Couple of good features addressed in this FP.
