Hi cognos gurus,

can i install 8.3 and 10.1.1 client tools(Analyst , CAC) on same lap top?

Please need help ASAP.

Hi Cinu8,

Typically no, you cannot install two major versions of the administrative tools on the same machine. At least, it's not supported. You could try installing into 2 different directories, but I believe once the install is performed it will 'lock' any other install you attempt to the first install location.
