I know this is has been a frequent topic in forums for quiet a few version of BI. I looked it up in the IBM. I did everything. Like deleting the "csk", "signkeypair" and "encryptkeypair". That didn't work.
I copied the "csk" back to the location...saved the setting then ran the Cognos configuration....I went to file and exported an XML...deleted cogstartup.xml and renamed the temp file to cogstartup.xml. Still now working...
Need help...im new to this.
Can you tell how the problem occured in the first place? Did it work earlier ?
To have this issue fixed,
Step 1: Uninstall the FM and deleted the cognos/c10 folder contents.
Ste 2: reboot the machine.
Ste3: install the FM again and enter the GATEWAY URI and DISPATCHER URI in the cognos configuration.
Now, you will not see the issue. Hope this helps.
