Title: Annoying Little Issue!

I am currently in UAT with a completely fresh install of C10.  All new VM's, underlying hardware.

Out of the blue yesterday, I am unable to connect to my PROD Gateway via IE (7, 8 or 9).  However it is reachable from Firefox and Chrome!

I have cleaned down IE (from UI and manually) history and cookies and restarted the browser and then my box to no avail.

My only other clue I can give you is that last weekend was a server/client Microsoft patch weekend, though these patches can be old (and I do now have a list of them)

Any help or pointers would be great!

Rich, does this happen on the IE installed on the same server as cognos, or is this a separate install on an different machine?

If it is the IE installed on the server, try adding the cognos URL to the "trusted sites".
