For my chart
Creating a chart
x axis- Jan, Feb...
Measure- Overtime%
y-axis? <-------------- HELP REQUIRED

I have my level set [Department] which consists of different departments

I need to show on my chart, number of departments below 25% overtime.

Please help me....

The measure would probably be Number of Departments on Y-Axis and below 25% would be the filter.

My departemnts consists of many children .... my question is how do I get my complete count of departments
