Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before.
Please refer to the attached image. We have a map which contains multiple states which can be selected. Often when switching between selected states, the hover area which lets the user know which state is currently selected, becomes overlayed in an offset position. Moving the mouse cursor over the selected state, then returns things back into alignment.
Not sure if this is an AR or just a maps issue.
It's a general AR issue, I have the same problem with e.g. piecharts.
Don't know yet what's the reason for that. Right now, the problem does not occur anymore, but I don't know why ::)
if I figure it out, I'll post the answer immediately.
kind regards
Alex
Thanks Alex.
I've raised a cognos SR, and they have been able to replicate the issue. Still waiting on them to get back to me with more information.
With my example I've found if I left align the chart it works OK. No idea why though.
it's not a bug, it's a feature=)
good to know that the alignment can fix this issue. Not the best way to handle this issue, but at least, it works!
