Has anyone encountered an issue where chinese or any non-english character set displays correctly in a report, but not in a value prompt?
Please see example attached.
The client indicated they already implemented a change from a Cognos article. This did not fix the issue.

Database is in UTF-8. Version 8.2. I also tried in version 8.4 and saw the same issue.
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
