Title: C8.4.1 and LDAP Security: User has changed her last name

Wondering if anyone else has run into this...

I have a user that got married and the LDAP admins have updated her LDAP entries to her new last name. Her username has NOT changed however. Although the user properties do show her new last name (Cog Admin>Security>LDAP>Search user>Set Properties>Personal) her "Profile" and "User" in the LDAP search show up as her old last name.

Has anyone dealt with this before? What did you do to correct it?

Right now I'm thinking we are going to have to:
1. Copy her profile.
2. Delete the current profile/account/entries.
3. Have the user login to create a new profile and credentials.
4. Copy old profile stuff back int new profile.

Thoughts/Suggestions are much appreciated.
