hello

I have two facts that have a connecting field between them
(1-1 join 1-n)

is it possible to connect them with a join in the frame work?

Yes, but you will only get proper results from the 1:1 side even you can and do define a unique determinant for the subject. Otherwise measures from the 1:1 side will be inflated
