Title: Cognos Access Manager

I am getting the following error, specifically when I try to open Access Manager:

"Common Logon Error (hex 80070005): Access is denied."

It used to work fine but It now asks me to logon. When I referred IBM site they are suggesting to reinstall the Access Manager.

Is there any other way to resolve this issue without reinstalling it?Please help.
