Please advise any body have any issues with cognos 10.1.1 on windows 2008
also with 11g Oracle Database .

What type of issues?
If you are just referring to installation/configuration, should not be a problem.

Need more info.

Are you using 64bit? If yes, on what hardware platform? (Itanium, AMD, ...etc)
