Recently I upgraded to 10.1.1.
Just noticed that compression of e-mailed reports is not happening for some reason.
Here's the message that is embedded in the .csv.txt object that arrives in e-mail:

CNC-SDS-0417 The attachment, 'DB2 PPA data dump (PPA package).csv', in 'application/vnd.ms-excel; charset=UTF-8' format, of size 41.56 MB was not delivered. It had to be removed in order to meet the maximum allowable size of 19 MB for all attachments in one email message.

Cognos' delivery service is supposed to zip up the e-mailed reports because I have the following dispatcher configuration settings:
- Maximum size of an uncompressed email attachment for delivery service in MB: 5
- Maximum size of an email message for delivery service in MB: 19
Taking a look at cogserver.log I see a mention of "gzip, deflate" but there is no compression taking place.
Any ideas?
