Title: Failed content Store Export

Hi I have attempted to export the complete content store with user details

This has failed a number of times
I can see the dployment file that is being created and its around the size of past completed exports

I get an error of  .. the deployment archive cannot be found

I am using windows 32 bit Cognos 10.1 with all the fix packs

Yes -- I was seeing exactly the same symptoms as you (32-bit Windows).

The deployment file was being created, then at some point (shortly after it gets to around 1GB in size) it disappears and the export finishes with the "cannot be found" error message.

I managed to work around the problem by going through all the Cognos reports on the system and deleting the outdated reports as well as all the saved report outputs (virtually all of them .csv and .xls spreadsheets).  After this clean-up the export runs successfully -- the resulting .zip is ~400Mb.

My other ongoing problem is with index creation -- that task takes over the entire server, then eventually it crashes and forces me to reboot.  Might be related to 32-bit limit on memory ... or not.
