Hi gurus,
i am facing this error when i about to save the configuration settings
[error] Unable to save the configuration file
CAM-CRP 1095 unable to find the certificate with alias 'encryption' in keystore.c:\programfiles/
cognos/c8/configuration/encryptionkeypair/jEncKeyStore'.The parameternamed 'UserID and 'Password'located
in 'cognos' is currently invalid

pleas help me..It veryUrgent

It looks like it's a problem with the username and password.
