Print Page - Top 10 for a period written in a data item

Title: Top 10 for a period written in a data item

I have a data item and I need it to do the following.

If year = 2010, then Period = 01
Then I need it to give me a % value for top 10 of measure 1 by Dimension 1 / Total of measure 1.

Can this be done in a data item?
