Hi Folks,
This is reagrding the new requirement that has come. Basically they want a report which shows hierarchial data for the direct and indirect reportees. The model which i will be creating would be a relational model ,
Eg,
Employees -> Project Manager->Senior Project manager->Director->Senior Director->Country head-> Vice President.
To explain more in detail if A , B , C are emp reportinng to D and if D is the manager , D would would report to E etc ... in bewteen is employee C is a team lead and has reportees under that person that also needs to be shown. they would want the emp name, emp id , manager along with the head count to be shown in the report.
Please suggest some ideas for the same to develop this report as there is no specific Business analyst to gather requirements and give the design doc. :(
