Title: HOW TO CHANGE THE WAY TO SHOW DATA ITMES?
Post by: nayitian on 10 Jan 2007 12:39:31 PM
Hello Everyone,

I made a report like this :

DEPARTMENT                    Measure1    Measure2    Measure3  ........  Measure30
DEP1                               DATAITEM1   DATAITEM2   DATAITEM3         DATAITEM30

DEP2                               DATAITEM1   DATAITEM2   DATAITEM3         DATAITEM30

DEP3                               DATAITEM1   DATAITEM2   DATAITEM3         DATATIEM30

The data of each DATAITEM is basded on a certain aggregation function with certain filter(s).
I simply used a very silly way to define each DATAITEM as a QUERY SUBJECT, then JOIN them to form several lists within each there are 5 QUERIES joined together.

I definitely understand there must be some smart ways to alter it. I would like the report showing as:

                              DEP1                  DEP2               DEP3
Measure1
Measure2
Measure3
      :
      :
Measure30

Could any one here give me some clues and hints would be very much appreciated.

JACQUES

Crosstab?
Repeater?

All is possible... what have you tried?

Btw...
Please don't use capitals... That's like shouting...
