Title: Analyst Error when Opening just after installation

Hello

I try to open Cognos Analyst 8.1 just after installation and I get this error

"this dyalog apl run time application has attempted to use the apl session"

I'm using windows 2003 32bits with xenon 24 processors and 32G RAM

Contributor Administration consol works great

Any help

Try closing the CAC before you open Analyst

There are a number of public technotes published by IBM regarding this behavior.

Is this a brand new install of 8.1?  Was another version present on this box?
