i tried to download cognos 10 but  it showing only TRAIL & DEMO version only

Did you log in to the support site with your customer ID? This is where you need to go to download your licensed products.

As mentioned, you need to log on with the account that has license to download.
Below is the link to sign in.

If you don't have an account, you have to create one with the site number that is assigned to the company during IBM license purchase with primary contact privileges.
