Hi All,

I will be starting the cognos 10 Installation on win7 machine.

Please let me know weather i have to install SQL Server Client on the Cognos Server Machine?

My Content store Lies on other Machine.

Yes - if you want to use SQL Server as your content store, you will need to install the SQL Server client on your Windows 7 machine.

Windows 7 seems a strange choice of platform for a server though.
