We have just created a new Planning Server, and been through the deployment import / export routine for Access Manager, Content Manager, and Planning objects from the old server. However, have now been informed that the new host server needs a name change to reflect our corporate naming convention.
Rather than rebuild the server and go through all that set-up again is there a quick way to deal with the server name being changed?
I've trawled through and think I have found that for Planning/Content Manger you need to delete the 3 directories (encryptkey etc..), reconfigure, and restart service. However, we have Access Manager on the same server and I can't find anything relating to AM renaming.
Can anyone give me some advice on this?
