Hi,

We have an issue where a report page has image when run in HTML and Excel 2002 versions is working fine but when the report is run in Excel 2007 and PDF versions is not displayed. Strangely when the same is run for all the versions of the report in Cognos 8.4 it was looking fine. Client is looking for some sort of fix. Not clear what the issue is. Any of you guys have faced any such issues or any ideas on what might be causing such an issue and how to resolve. Currently we are using Cognos 10.1.

Hi there

What web server do you use to host Cognos?

Try switching from a relative url (that points to the image) to a full url, or vice versa. That sometimes does the trick.
