can you please brief more on your requirement,as per my understanding you need to select 2011 from the prompt and past 4 years needs to get displayed in the Crosstab report is that correct

Supose selecting 2011 should display the 4 rolling years below in the crosstab rows.This should give data for dimensional combination.
Tried lastperiods function which is not working in this case .it is rejecting the first child 2008.

Can you show us the expression you used? What do you mean by "it is rejecting the first child 2008"? Do you mean it just doesn't appear, or do you get an error of some sort?
