Hi.
We have a set of scheduled reports that run daily Mon thru Wed. Last week I set up the option to send a notification e-mail when they complete. We also rebooted the server due to some performance problems.
This morning, the reports did not run successfully. The crnserver.log shows error:
CNC-JOB-0008 Unable to update the run history status for the job.
CNC-BAL-0503 The Server has failed.
When I try to run the reports with Option, and save them, I get error:
CNC-JOB-3303 An error was encountered when adding a Job to the queue. Please consult the log files.
CNC-EVE-3102 Unable to persist the event status record.
I've tried removing the e-mail notification, changing the permissions on the report, even saving one of the reports as a new report and then running it, but to no avail.
Any thoughts? We have about 800 users of this report on Monday mornings!

Hi Stacy,
I have seen this error message in Cognos 8, but not in ReportNet. Can you confirm which of these you are using?
