Hi, I recently after some fighting got Cognos BI 8.4.1 installed with Tivoli Common Reporting. Now I can access both sites fine and dandy. But I have no Templates for anything. I tried looking up what I need to use to make them and it seems like Report Studio is installed automatically, but then I find information saying about the use of BIRT from the Eclipse project to do all your reporting. I'm not sure what to use or where to get Report studio if that is what I do use. I have access to the Partner portal if that's what needs to be downloaded? but I don't 100% remember seeing it.
