Title: Audit / Log, COGIPF_RUNREPORT.COGIPF_STATUS still blank or NULL

Dear all,

I have managed to set up a Cognos Audit Database, plus increase the level of the Logs to "Basic".
When I look at the <COGIPF_RUNREPORT> table, for only the category like "Report BatchReportService" (I'm interested only in scheduled reports), it happens that - sometimes, as it could be running as expected during days - the field <COGIPF_STATUS> stays empty event if the report has been correctly generated and sent per email.
Blank field seems to mean "incomplete execution", which I would tend to think that it is false in my case.
The only solution I found for the moment to recover the functionality and get back some records in this field (SUCCESS or FAILURE) is quite "stupid" -> restart Cognos service...
How can I find what is happening, and avoid this field to be empty when I assume that it shouldn't be ?
Or why this execution is still considered by Cognos has "incomplete" even when the report is generated and sent per email with no real error ?

Hi there

in 8.4 this is a known defect.
Defect was found in "Job & Schedule Monit Serv", Build "8.4", Version "2215.0" & "6006.0"
APAR - PK90573

If this is what your version is.
