Title: Can't restart ReportNet Services

We have ReportNet 1.1 MR2 and we can no longer bounce the Reportnet services, we now have to reboot the system to get ReportNet working with config changes etc....  It appears that when we stop then start the service, either not all sub-services start up correctly or we lose communications with tomcat.  The services admin tool does say that ReportNet has started.  When going to the URL we get a standard tomcat status 404 error screen, then we reboot the web and app server and the problem is resolved.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

If you get 404 error on port 80 (WEB), that suggests a problem with the web server, not ReportNet. Check if the server is up, by using http://servernamehere:9300/p2pd/servlet and
http://servernamehere:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch
