Title: Canned Reports

I have created the cognos 8.4 canned reports in my windows xp operating system with ie 6 browser, and it works fine. but, my user runs the reports in windows 7 OS with ie 8 browser. here some  rows are repeating in the results. how can I resolve this?

I don't think IE8 is a supported browser for the 8.4 release - just IE6SP1, IE6SP2 and IE7.

To get support for IE8 you will need to go up to the 8.4.1 release, or to Cognos 10.
