Hi Guys,

Can someone help me in writing a JS code to assign a value to a textbox prompt.
My text box prompt is names as 'SortBox'
and i wanted to assign a value of 'C' to this prompt.

Any clues?

Note:I use Cognos 8.4 :)

Not possible to use the Default Selections property?

no :( in bigger picture, the requirement is..
we have a list with two columns, if the user clicks the column title A, the the value assigned is to be 'A' and if column B then value assigned is to be 'B'
