Hi all,
When viewing cubes in PP Web users often tend to hit the backspace key or back button on the brower to get to the previous view. This works fine for almost all of our users. But a couple of them get back an error message saying Page cannot be display when they hit the back button. It seems like they have a different browser setting that is causing the error. (We are using IE6.0) Does anyone know what setting this could be or any alternate cause for this problem and how it can be resolved?

In MS Internet Explorer that is a small drop down menu to the right of the Back button. Your users can use this to specifiy what previous page to go back to.

Thanks for your help. I've managed the to solve the problem by deleting all temporary files on those PCs which didnââ,¬â,,¢t work before. Looks like there is no space to store the cache files.
