Hi,
We are getting the following error:
CAM-AAA-071 An internal error occurred. In cogserver.log there was an error at the time it happened: RSV-SRV-0066 A soap fault has been returned. We tried to restart the service and even rebooted the server.
Does anyone know what we can do to fix it?

Cognos Support helped us solve this problem. We had 2 servers and configurations were out of sync. Thanks.
