Title: [SOLVED][CC] Error when trying to open Cognos 8 Cognos Connection

Hi,

We are getting the following error:

CAM-AAA-071 An internal error occurred. In cogserver.log there was an error at the time it happened: RSV-SRV-0066 A soap fault has been returned. We tried to restart the service and even rebooted the server.

Does anyone know what we can do to fix it?
