Hi Gurus,

when ever I spool excel reports in cognos 8.3 its taking nearly 3 to 4 hours of time and the file size is some 15 to 20 MB,if i copy and paste the same excel into the new excel sheet then the report size is only in KB's how to reduce the run time as wel as the report size.
