I followed the tutorial in www.bspsoftware.com about "Dynamically set the default values for date prompts in Report Studio" (http://www.bspsoftware.com/Home/tabid/37/Support/PodcastChannel/tabid/228/Default.aspx) . It worked, but I have a strange behavior in the report. I hope you can help me.
The problem is: the hidden prompt page doesn't show at the begining, but after a moment, the hidden prompt page appears, but only with the "footer" with Cancel, Back, Next and Finish buttons.
I have to click "Finish" button and only then, the "Main Page Report " appears with the information. The default prompt value works fine, but, why is the hidden prompt page is appearing?
I don´t know if it´s useful, but just before the hidden prompt page "footer" appears, for a few moments the "header" of Cognos Connection appears and then disappers. Then the footer with the buttons shows ups.
Any ideas?
sorry for asking..can you paste the javascript code which used in hidden prompt page as i don't find that code?
