Title: Cannot connect to content store after upgrading to Windows XP SP2

Hi Guys!

Everything was working (Cognos 8..Framework Mgr, Report Studio, Query Studio, Cognos 7.3 transformer) until I upgraded the OS to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Earlier one was XP SP1 when it was working.

Now the Cognos 8 service cannot start so Framework Mgr and Cognos Connection don't work. Error I get is that it cannot connect to the Content Store. I checked the TCP/IP settings in SQL Server instance and that's fine. Port no is 1433, DB name is same .

Any ideas would really help.
