I'm work with COGNOS 8BI
and recently my client want to get email on dayily
So, i decided to use scheduler to send e-mail
BUT, There is error message while the schedule.
Error message is like this :
DPR-ERR-2014 Unable to load balance the request because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are configured for the service.
what do i need to check?
Di i need to setting on my server?

first of all tell me where you installed content manger ?If Content Manager is installed on a separate computer and the event management service on the Content Manager computer is disabled this error will come.
to resolve this issue
>in content manger system where you installed content manager
>from start>cognos>open Cognos Configuration
>then In the Explorer pane >go to Environment>IBM Cognos 8 service
>Set the Event management service enabled? property to False
