I have a bursted report in 8.1 version with these options.
1. There are 7 Regional managers (for each region) and 65 areas (area managers reporting to each regional manager).
2. In the report page, region and all areas under that region are displayed.
3. Grouping is defined on Region and Area.
4. Page set is defined on Region.
5. Burst group is set to Area and burst recepient is set to Area Manager's email addresses.
When the report is bursted, it will create 65 outputs for each area and each ouput is mailed to each area manager. All the area managers in one region will get the same copy of the report output. This is the business requirement so that one area manager can compare his performance against all other area managers working in the same region.
When this report is upgraded to 8.4.1, bursting is giving incorrect data.
No. of report ouputs is the same i.e 65.
But area manager will only see his data in his copy of the report output unlike in 8.1 where an area manager can see all other area manager's data in his region.
Could you please help me out in solving this issue.
