Title: Model Access
Post by: jcasella on 25 Jul 2006 10:45:28 AM
Recently I created a new model, from which I have also created several reports.  Users about able to see the reports and run them.  However once they run them, the users encounter this error:

The model or package /content/package[@name='Package']/model[last()] does not exist or you are not allowed to use it because of security settings.

I set the Package Access and Object Security in framework manager, but users still can't execute.  Is there another place where I have to give them access?

Thanks,
Josh

What privileges do your users have to the Package Folder in Cognos Connection?

I actually got it to work last night.  I mistakenly had the report in the wrong folder, thus the users did not have the correct privileges.

Thanks,
Josh
