Anyone hear why IBM removed the Cognos FP 1 download? Was their a problem with the download?

Does anyone know what is really going on with the much delayed FP1? I cannot certify for production deployment to replace 8.3 until it is available and known problems either resolved or require a work around (IE rebuild the report)
