Hello,
When I try to open a report I get the message that the package has been updated and the report will be updated. When I now try to open the filters screen (yellow funnel) I get the following message:
unable to identify the query with the current selection
It's now impossible to change the report filters.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so I can edit my filters?

Try selecting an item in your list/crosstab/chart then pressing the Filters button. My guess is that your report has multiple queries, and Report Studio does not know which you want to filter.
Alternatively, use the Query Explorer and look in each Query and Tabular Model - you should find your filter(s) defined in there too.
