Title: After C10 upgrade -- only sys admin can see public folders from Transformer

In Cognos 8, Transformer could browse to public folders to create a new cube with reports or packages.
However, in Cognos 10, only system admin can see the contents in public folders.
Other roles have no access to public folders.
I checked the permissions on folders, capabilities and roles and even with full access to all folders and capabilities, I can't see anything in public folders unless I sign in as a system administrators.
I can see 'My Folders' fine but packages are in public folders.
We don't want to use a sys admin license for every transformer modeler. >:(
Has anyone seen this behavior or is it some settings I missed?
We upgraded C8 to C10 so all the settings are as before.

I seem to be having this probem as well.  Did you get any solutions from anyone?

Not yet.
We are using Sys Admin account for now on for Transformer as the only other account licensed to do that is 'Powerplay Administrator'. Try that and see if that works.
But keep in mind that a user in any administrator role takes your full 'BI Admin' license.
