This is weird.
We have users who run reports with option 'Send me the report by email'.
When they receive email with HTML output, it used to have all the logo and images in C8.
After upgrade, the images only have red X on them.
I checked online and found IBM document that explains the issue:

However, the document is for 8.4 and we already had that working in 8.4.
So, that document makes no sense because the images were working n 8.4 without FQDN for the image path.
The images are referring to same ../samples/images location as the report has not changed in C10.
I have confirmed the IIS settings and permissions are same as before.
This is not a widely used feature but if anyone has similar issue, please chime in.
