Title: User cannot open elist item in Contributor 8.4.1

User receives the following error message:

The user can click on the elist node and the file is attempted to be downloaded and installed.  After install "completes," clicking on the node again yields the attached image.

The user is on IE7 and Windows Vista, trying to use Contributor 8.4.1.

Hey Jeff,

No other users experience the issue?  Is this a new user / install on a system that had an older version of contributor?

Couple things I would try:
1. Clear out all cookies / internet history
2. Hit the server using FQDN as well as via IP
3. Install the client manually using the MSI's
4. Confirm if there is a proxy being used on this user's system

Maybe something in there will lead you down the right path?

I suspect it's a proxy issue - only a couple of users have experienced, this and there does not seem to be a trend...I'll look at the proxy again, in the morning.

This was simply a proxy issue...problem solved.
