Title: Showing decimal precision in contributor
Post by: shaud on 01 Apr 2011 03:03:42 PM
In contributor 8.2 you could hit F5 to see the unrounded complete decimal value for a number. In 8.4 none of the function keys seem to to do anything. Does anyone know if this feature removed? or is there another key combination I can use to make this work? thanks

Hey Shaud,

To the best of my knowledge this functionality was removed from the product.  I've heard that it has been requested as an enhancement to the rich client.

Cheers

They need to bring that feature back. I might have to check on the status of that enhancement. Thanks man

Your welcome... :)

If the need to see the full decimal value is greater than the new features of the Java client, you could always enable the classic client.

That's too much hassle, unless there was a way they could toggle between the two......
