i have a doubt of course it is easy one to you please clarify it. it is very urgent requirement.

why we need to schedule reports?how and where can we schedule the reports?

any one please give me clarity about report scheduling :(

How can you have the urgent requirement AND ask why one would schedule :o ?

Some reasons:

Reports are refreshed directly after a Datawarehouse update, making sure there are there at the first moment
Reports take a lot of time to generate, so run them in the wee hours to spare resources
You want to refresh and mail the reports to recipients on a regular basis
