Hi frnds,
I upgraded 8.4 to 8.4.1 installed in new directory. Cognos services are up.
Everything looks fine but Audit reports doesn't pull latest data.
Log information is not saved to Audit database anymore.
Any configuration that needs to be changed?
Plz help.

Check whether level of Cognos system login under Cognos Administration has been changed from Minimal to Basic, for normal non-debug system operation.
How do i check that?
Depends which version you're using. If you on 8.3 or higher, go to Cognos Administration>Configuration>Dispatchers and Services. Select property icon on the right upper corner (you also can do this from each dispatcher property if you have more than one, but this is main property that applies everywhere) and then select second tab Settings. Change category from ALL to Logging and on the right side under Value you will see what your system is set to. You also can do those steps from Status>System>Settings and select property there (right lower window). Hope this helps... ;)

It was all Minimal.
I changed it to Basic.
But still logs are not being saved to database.
Do i need to Restart the cognos services to make this change affective?
You can try to restart, but most importantly... you or your users start making some activity to see those tables start populating with a data.
