Can you be a bit more specific about what you are trying to achieve? Are you referring to how you can add multiple languages to your model in Framework Manager? (you can do this from the Project menu, by the way - Project -> Languages -> Define Languages).

If you mean the language on the Cognos 8 server, just log in as a user and use the My Preferences link on the toolbar. You can then select your product and content languages.

Did you solved it? I am really interested in the solution of this.
I don't understand why I can't choose what language of the software I could work with...
